Terms of Service

Pinkora is intended only for individuals aged 18 and over. By using this service you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If a user is found to be under 18, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account immediately without notice, with no refund under any circumstances.

You warrant that registering and using this service does not violate the laws of the country where you reside. If adult content is prohibited where you live, you must exit immediately.

Pinkora provides a platform for chatting with AI-generated characters. We state clearly that:

• • Every character on the platform is a fictional AI, not a real person. Any relationship that forms is a digital experience for entertainment only.
• • The feelings, emotions, or expressions of an AI character are the output of a program, not the real feelings of a living being.
• • Pinkora does not guarantee the continuity, consistency, or accuracy of AI responses.
• • The company is not responsible for any psychological or emotional impact arising from use of the service.

You agree that you will not:

• • Create characters that imitate or depict identifiable real people — whether public figures, celebrities, politicians, or private individuals — as this violates the PDPA and may constitute defamation under Thai law.
• • Create, upload, or distribute any sexual content involving minors (strictly illegal under the Child Protection Act).
• • Use the platform for advertising, spam, or soliciting other users for off-platform commercial gain.
• • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or download data from the system without permission.
• • Create fake accounts or use multiple accounts to bypass system limits.
• • Distribute content promoting violence, racism, or content that is illegal under the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550.

Violating the above may result in immediate permanent suspension, and Pinkora reserves the right to report to the relevant authorities.

Content you create on the platform — including characters, images, and text — is your sole responsibility.

You grant Pinkora the right to store, process, and display such content for the purpose of providing the service. The company will not sell your content or use it commercially without permission.

Under Section 15 of the Computer Crime Act, Pinkora moderates content as appropriate. If notified of illegal content, the company will remove it and report to the authorities within a reasonable time.

Chat image storage: images generated by the AI and sent in chat are stored for 45 days from creation, after which the image file is automatically deleted to manage storage (the conversation text remains). To keep an image, please download it before then. Avatar, Story, and Wardrobe images are not subject to this.

Subscription: monthly fees are charged in advance and renew automatically. You may cancel anytime; your benefits remain until the end of the current billing cycle.

Kora: Kora is an in-platform virtual currency with no real monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Purchased Kora is non-refundable, except if the company ceases operations.

Refund policy: because digital services are delivered immediately upon payment, the company does not refund subscriptions or Kora already used. In the event of a technical error on the company's side, please contact legal@pinkora.com within 7 days.

Pinkora provides the service "as-is" without any warranty of continuity or completeness.

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, the company is not liable for:

• • Indirect, special, or consequential damages, including psychological or emotional harm
• • Loss of data, content, or usage progress
• • Damages from using the service beyond its intended purpose
• • Content or conduct of other users on the platform

The company's maximum liability in any case will not exceed the amount you paid to the company in the preceding 3 months.

The logo, brand name, software, and AI system of Pinkora are the company's intellectual property. Copying, modifying, or using them commercially without written permission is prohibited.

Content you create (characters, stories) remains yours, but you grant Pinkora a license to use it for the purpose of providing the service.

Pinkora reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account immediately if the user:

• • Violates any term in this document
• • Creates illegal content or content harmful to others
• • Is found to be under 18
• • Uses the service for fraud or illegal activity

You can delete your account yourself via My Profile. Your data will be deleted within 30 days, except data we are legally required to retain.

The company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, giving at least 15 days' notice by email or on-platform announcement. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.

Before taking legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days.

All characters shown publicly on Pinkora are original characters created by our team. Characters that users create are Private by default and visible only to the account owner.

You warrant that you hold the rights to all content, images, and data you upload, including:

• • Character images used as an avatar
• • The name, personality, and persona content you define
• • Images you request the AI to generate

If a copyright owner or rights holder finds an infringement on this platform, they may report it by emailing copyright@pinkora.com with the following:

1. Your name and contact information
2. A description of the infringed work, with a URL or evidence
3. Confirmation that you are the rights holder or an authorized representative

Pinkora will review and remove infringing content within 48 hours of a complete, valid notice, and may suspend repeat infringers.

12.1 Private characters

Characters the creator sets to Private (not public) can be deleted by the creator immediately at any time, unconditionally.

12.2 Public characters

Once a creator publishes a character publicly, the creator cannot delete it themselves, because other users may be using it and may already have spent Kora. A unilateral deletion by the creator would harm other users.

The creator can hide a character, which removes it from Browse, but users who already use it can still access it.

12.3 Administrator actions

• • General complaints (not rising to a legal level): Pinkora may hide the character from Public while the creator can still access it normally. Pinkora will notify the creator and give them a chance to respond within 7 days.
• • Copyright infringement, PDPA violation, or illegality: Pinkora reserves the right to permanently delete the character without notice and may suspend the creator's account. If a character is removed by administrator action through no fault of the creator, Pinkora will compensate lost Kora as it deems appropriate, with no legal obligation toward expected revenue.

12.4 Creator liability

A creator of a public character accepts that if Pinkora hides or deletes the character to protect other users or comply with the law, the creator will not claim any damages for lost revenue, except where Pinkora clearly made an error on its side.
